The staff were rude, the drinking water was dirty, and there was no room service. The rooms were filthy. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The AC was leaking, and the staff were lazy. They seemed to expect tips despite providing poor service. Breakfast was included in our package, but we didn't get any.

The room and bathroom were both very dirty. I wouldn't go to this hotel.
