The staff were polite and gentle, and the hilly setting and ambience are lovely. But our cottage stay fell short. The room wasn’t maintained well, and we found leeches, lizards, cockroaches and even frogs inside. I know it’s a hilly area, but surely the pests inside the room could be controlled. It made things uncomfortable. The views and natural surroundings are nice, but poor cleanliness and pest control took away from the experience. Given the price, I don’t feel it was worth the money unless management seriously improves room maintenance and hygiene.

The surroundings and location are excellent, but the stay itself was very disappointing. Rooms were average for the money, the service was extremely poor, and there weren’t proper facilities in the room. We checked in at 2 PM, but the bath towel only arrived after 8 PM. When we asked why, they said it had come late from the laundry. Staff behavior and service, including food supply, were disappointing. The food was overpriced and poor in quality. 2-1-2026

I was very disappointed with the stay. The rooms weren’t maintained properly, and the price didn’t feel justified. The TV didn’t work, Wi-Fi stopped the next day, and the pool was poorly maintained. Food was expensive for the quality. For a property in this category, I expected better service and value.

I’d seen lots of negative reviews and was a little worried before going, but we had a pretty good stay. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic, and it was comfortable overall. The food was tasty, with good portions for the price. The pool could be better cared for. It felt a bit slippery and there were some remains in the water. Still, it’s a nice option for a decent, budget-friendly stay.
