Vaga Nakshathra Suites

The only thing I’d like improved is the room intercom. Otherwise, for the price, this was a very good stay with tasty food and good service. The menu is limited, but what they serve is good. Staff were polite, and there’s ample parking, a kids’ play area and indoor games like chess and carrom. The hotel is in Vagamon, just after town beside Masco tea factory. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean.

We had a really pleasant, relaxing stay at Vaga Nakshathra Suites. The balcony view was amazing, and both the rooms and lobby were roomy, neat and well cared for. Service was excellent too. There’s plenty of parking, a kids’ play area and a restaurant serving quality food.

I wouldn’t recommend Vaga Nakshatra Suites in Vagamon. The stay was extremely poor and disappointing. Cleaning was not done properly, the staff were highly unprofessional, and the washroom had old, dirty buckets that felt unhygienic. The food was terrible, and broken plates and mugs made the lack of care and maintenance obvious. Breakfast was shocking too. The milk was so watered down it tasted like water, and cornflakes with it felt like eating them with boiled water. The property needs serious improvement in cleanliness, food and staff behavior. It wasn’t worth the money or time.

We enjoyed our family stay here, and the staff were really friendly. The property is modern, with good parking for cars and bikes. The location works well, close to most attractions but not far from town. If you book a mountain view room, the views are good.
