Service quality was very poor, and the owner was rude. Hospitality needs a lot of work.

The staff were consistently willing to help with whatever I asked, and the service was impeccable. When they found out I was visiting Goa for my birthday, they upgraded me to a suite, which made the week feel even more special. The room was clean and lovely, with beautiful furniture and decor. The dining area was nicely decorated too. I also liked how easy it was to get around: Vagator, Thalassa and Antares were just two minutes away, while Baga, Calangute and Anjuna were about ten minutes away. There were pleasant places to hang out within walking distance. I loved the stay and would happily return.

There are rooms in several themes, from Chinese to Greek, and the whole place felt peaceful and looked after. It was clean, the sheets were fresh, the AC worked well, and I felt secure there. The host was very welcoming, the receptionist was always ready to help or answer questions, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. Ask the owner or receptionist about the accommodation price, as they are open to making a deal. They can also help arrange scooters for getting around. For the service, I thought the price was reasonable and got my money's worth. Probably one of the better options nearby for a medium budget.

The pool view from our room was nice, and it's a good place for families with kids. The food at the buffet tasted good and was enough to fill us up, though there wasn't much variety. Service was okay. Your room choice makes a difference. The standard deluxe rooms were just okay, while the themed suites were quite fancy. The Greek room is the most popular, but it was booked when we visited. We stayed in the English-themed suite instead, my second choice after the Greek one. I had a good stay overall.
