The rooms were very clean and luxurious, and service was excellent and fast. The staff were friendly, good, professional, and always in uniform. Food was really tasty 😋, and the buffet was within budget, at 500 for veg and 600 for non-veg. The hotel is on shivpur central jail road.

After a busy day of spiritual visits, it was lovely to come back to somewhere peaceful and rest. The hotel is a bit far from the temple, but the service and food were great. A very good place to stay while exploring Varanasi, and I’d recommend it.

The view from our room really won me over, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the place feel almost like home. We also enjoyed the breakfast and found the location convenient. Had a great stay at vikram palace and would happily return.

Our group of 20 was really impressed by Hotel Vikram Palace. The rooms and dining hall have a great ambience, and the service stood out: staff listened carefully to our instructions and followed through on what we expected. The GM personally greeted us twice a day and acted on customer feedback. A stay in Varanasi that was well worth it. Keep it up.
