The staff were well behaved, and the rooms had nice interiors. It’s a good location, about 3-4km from bnaras railway stn and 1km from kashi vishwanath temple. Most of all, Mr ROHIT, the property manager, was truly a gentleman, very polite, and always ready to help. If you need a guide for banaras, just ask Mr. Rohit. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice place for small functions, like an engagement or a small party. One thing for anyone watching their money: don’t rely too much on the staff, as they don’t seem very skilled. At my previous engagement visit, they got confused and weren’t very good at serving the food on time.

I went to Mastana Palace for a close friend’s nikah and had a great time. It’s good and spacious for a small gathering, with good staff and a neat, clean setting.

I was there for a tour for 3 days from 7th Marc, after an agent booked the hotel for me. The rooms are spacious, hot water is available 24hrs, and the staff are very good. It’s within one km of KASI viswanathar temple. But the rooms were a little damp, cleanliness was lacking, and the area was congested. Breakfast was included, but they only gave us bread and Jam, saying it was holy time and they couldn’t get a proper breakfast because everywhere was closed. It’s okay if you only need a place to stay at night.
