Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar

The food was excellent, with plenty of choices at breakfast and for other meals, and room service was prompt. My room was spacious, neatly arranged, and had the amenities I needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a relaxing feel. Staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. It was easy to get to nearby attractions and business areas from Ramada. The stay was pleasant and exceeded my expectations, so I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable visit. I look forward to coming back.

We got a kind upgrade at check-in, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The pool area had towel service, the gym had a good range of weightlifting equipment, and breakfast was a large buffet with attentive staff. Pooja shared some local tips that we really appreciated. A peaceful, very good stay at the Ramada!

The staff hospitality was the best part. Everyone seemed well trained in their role, and service was good. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the food overall was average, as was the accommodation, so I don't think it was worth the price. The rooms and facilities inside could use extra checks, though it’s still a good property to stay at.

The room we had with our family was infested with cockroaches. We’d travelled all the way from Chandigarh and were too exhausted to ask for a different room, so we dealt with a few ourselves and tried to rest before another long drive the next day. I reported it at checkout and hope management acts on it. The staff were courteous and gave excellent service, and the peaceful location away from the city bustle was ideal for relaxing. Aside from the room issue, the stay was pleasant.
