We only stayed because we were caught in a last-minute rush for a Varanasi temple visit. The hotel was in poor condition and unhygienic, with torn bedsheets, spider webs, and a bad washroom. The price was very high for the services provided. Stay away and book near Dashashwamedh Ghat/Assi Ghat for a better experience.

Chaotic stay, and getting there was difficult. The staff were just okay, while the ground-floor rooms were too small. We had a lot of inconvenience just reaching the place.

Booking this property was the worst experience. We reserved it two months ahead because of the Maha Kumbh traffic, but they cancelled the whole booking just two days before our visit, citing a technical issue. I think they gave our room to someone else at a higher rate to make money in the short term.
