The breakfast was brought in from outside to the room and was poor, not what I expected from a hotel. They wouldn’t provide coffee with it, and there was no breakfast for my kid when I brought them along. They also don’t let visitors come to the hotel. I wouldn’t choose the breakfast option.

The location is good, but the rooms are really poor. The lights were broken, the fan regulator didn’t work, and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all.

The place is very badly managed and the rooms are poorly maintained. There was no hot water for bathing, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the door key didn’t work, so the counter guy had to come open it every time. No toilet kit or tea and coffee either. For each problem we got a different answer, but no solution. The hotel wasn’t functioning properly.

For what they charge, I expected much better comfort and service. Basic amenities were missing and the rooms seemed poorly maintained. Whenever we needed help, the staff weren’t approachable or useful, which made an already disappointing stay more frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the hospitality and facilities improve.
