Hotel Vpn Residency

I paid 3000/ night, and for the state of the property I think they should charge only 1500. The entrance felt like a haunted bungalow, with broken chairs right at the front. Inside, the rooms were dirty, the bathroom was awful and had stagnant water, and there wasn't even a dental kit. The sheets looked like they'd last been cleaned when they were first bought. I would rather pay 1000 extra for Clinton inn or Maryland Suite than put up with a place this unhygienic. I don't know whether the owner oversees things, but they need to rethink the service or close the place. PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNHYGIENIC. I will never recommend it.

The food was terrible and spoiled our trip, and the staff were rude and unhelpful, with little concern for guests. Our bedsheets were untidy and didn't seem to have been properly changed or maintained. The rooms were not clean at all, which made the stay uncomfortable. Service was extremely poor too. We had a very disappointing time at this hotel in Velankanni, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hygienic stay.

The food was good, and the staff asked us for feedback, which I appreciated. Everyone was courteous and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. Our visit to VPN Residency Velankanni was pleasant and memorable.

Honestly, this place isn't worth even one star. The restaurant food was rotten, the AC barely worked, and room service was poor. When we needed help, the response was so lethargic it felt like we were staying for free, and there were no basic manners. They should remove the hotel or demolish it and put something useful there.
