Super Hotel O Vijayawada Near Railway Station

The room I eventually got was the filthiest I've ever stayed in. It was dirty and unhygienic, with no towels, toiletries, or anything. I had to use my own bedsheet to get through the night. I felt unsafe about the previous room too, since it couldn't be locked from outside and only closed from inside. After a lot of negotiating, they gave me a different one. Finding the hotel was a struggle because the name displayed at the property didn't match the one on the booking app. Then the front desk charged more than the app price. I questioned the higher amount but paid it anyway. The first room key they gave me was for an occupied room, with somebody else's belongings inside. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The management was poor, the pricing misleading, hygiene lacking, and there were serious safety issues. I'd tell others to avoid it.

No working geyser for hot water and no Wi-Fi, which made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. The beds were visibly dirty, and we wondered if the rooms had been cleaned between guests. There was no room service or housekeeping, and we got no help or attention during our stay. When we raised legitimate complaints about the room, the reception staff were indifferent and wouldn't consider them. We were traveling as a family and count on basic comfort and cleanliness, but this place failed on every count. For a clean, comfortable, welcoming stay, families should look elsewhere. It offers neither cleanliness nor basic hospitality.

Never coming back, and I wouldn't trust the positive reviews or the photos of a nice-looking room. We had no lock on the room, bro, who gave this place five stars? The place was filthy, with no jet spray, stinking stagnant water, cupboards that seemed like little sewage tanks, no TV, and mosquitoes everywhere. There was bat poop hanging on the curtains, and the smell hit hard. The hygiene was below zero. Staying there felt like paying to torture yourself. Avoid this dump.

A really bad stay. The reception person was very rude, and we had to carry our own luggage. There was no drinking water, and the bed linen was dirty and hadn't been changed. Everything about the experience was bad.
