This happened at 2 in the night. The staff threatened that they were local and could do whatever they wanted, and the owner backed them up. They took my charger from the room without asking to enter, refused to give it back, then demanded 1200 in exchange. They treated us like thieves, and the staff were always drunk. Worst staff I've experienced.

The rooms had a bad smell, including a mouldy odor, and there was no water in the washrooms. I paid online but left after one day. The owner still hasn't started my refund and is never at the hotel when I try to find him. There are better hotels near the railway station for the same price. Please ignore this one, and don't be fooled by the photos on Agoda or other booking sites.

Check-in took an hour, and when I told the owner I'd leave a bad review, he said he wouldn't give me a room if I did. He was very rude. The room itself was okay, but it had no lock, so every time I needed it locked I had to call reception. The Wi-Fi didn't work even though it was listed among the facilities. There were no basic items like soap or towels either.

The AC didn't work, the bedsheets were dirty, and the lift was out of order. It was a pathetic situation. You can find better places in the same price range, this hotel isn't worth staying at.

The room was much smaller than the website description, and there was no working lock and key for when you went out. The door lock was broken, there was no water in the bathroom, and they didn't seem to care. Check-in took 45 minutes. Beware of this kind of hotel.
