If you're visiting from outside the area, I'd suggest choosing another hotel. The upkeep and hospitality were poor, and the bed was so dirty I couldn't imagine sleeping on it. We hadn't heard of this place, but an auto driver approached us at the railway station and persuaded us to come here even after we said we were going somewhere else. It happened to a few other people with us too. You can get a different hotel for the same price. Don't rely on auto drivers' suggestions.

The room wasn't cleaned, no service was provided, and all they seemed to ask for was money. The staff were extremely rude and their behavior was awful. Nobody should stay here. Domatey is better than this hotel.

The washroom and room were filthy and not cleaned. Service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. A really bad experience.

The staff were arrogant and unresponsive, and they don't seem to care about reviews. The rooms are tiny with hardly any space, and the AC didn't work even though I'd booked an AC room. There was no hot water, and service and maintenance were poor. For the amount they charge, the rooms aren't worth it. I strongly suggest staying somewhere else. Don't come here.

We were visitors from another state and had trouble with the language, but nobody treated us politely. The rooms and service were very poor, with little space and no balcony, and they weren't cleaned regularly. They also didn't tell us the hotel rules. They failed to tell us the checkout time, then charged us 1000 rupees for checking out one hour late. There were just four of us, and we'd already paid. I felt they were trying to get extra money from us. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The people and service were awful, so choose another hotel for a better stay.
