The room had cockroaches, and the towels and bedsheet didn't seem very clean. I also found the mattress really uncomfortable, with springs pressing into me while I slept. Breakfast was already cold when it started; the only choices were idli, upma and uttapam, and it didn't feel worth what they charged. Hygiene and service both need to improve.

The included dinner was another letdown: they kept us waiting 50 minutes, saying it was being prepared, but the rice was cold and seemed to have been cooked that afternoon. The non-veg seafood was cold too. There was no hot water in winter, just a bucket water heater, which felt dangerous with kids around. Poorly maintained place, I wouldn't book it.

We had a terrible stay at the Landmark Hotel in Vizag. The bathroom fixtures were in bad shape, and both the fan and AC were very noisy. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

We booked through MakeMyTrip after being told dinner and breakfast were free, but at check-in that night they described dinner as a complimentary pure veg thali. They said it would take 30 minutes and be freshly made, yet it arrived cold after an hour. Later, the prawns we ordered through room service were stale too. We told reception, and someone said they'd cancel, but a different woman was on reception in the morning. We argued and filed a complaint, then eventually gave up and left after one day.

The breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the location made it easy to reach local attractions. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure my needs were taken care of. I had an amazing stay at Landmark Hotel and would gladly return. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay.
