They can refuse a booking if the price is low, and there was no advance notice. This was an unprofessional, money-minded experience, with no care for guest comfort. I wouldn't book Oyo 18989 Sai Residency again. I don't even want to give one star, but the system wouldn't let me post without it.

The rooms were awful, and they don't care about customers. They turned down my oyo booking and charged a higher price. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

The place was very clean, but drinking water costs extra.

A nice place to stay. The room service could be better.

Good service all around, and the hotel is affordable. One of the best places I've stayed.
