Sarovar Hotel

We stayed for one night as three people. An extra bed was added to the bill, but they kept asking us to wait until night to provide it, and it never arrived during the stay. We asked for the amount paid for the bed to be refunded. During that discussion, staff used vulgar language, refused the refund, and made irrelevant comments. The rooms weren’t clean, the washroom was very unhygienic, and there was a bad foul smell through the night. The staff’s behavior was vulgar as well.

Affordable AC rooms in the city centre.

The flush and shower didn’t work, and no amenities were provided. When we asked to move rooms, they told us to put up with it for a day, even though we’d paid in advance. They said no one was available to clean the other rooms in the middle of the day. Honestly, I didn’t see anyone during my two-night stay. We checked in early in the morning, but from 5 am the next day, they kept calling and knocking on our door to ask for advance payment for that day. The experience was horrible, and we left early despite having paid in advance. They charge a lot for very poor service. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a very good time and enjoyed myself 😊
