Hotel Shree Radham By GRB

I stayed 6 day, and it was horrible. This place felt like a dharmshala with no management. You had to shout to get even basic things, and there was no water in the washroom at midnight. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

I found the location useful, close to many temples, and the staff were polite. I stayed at Radham Hotel in Vrindavan, near Krishna Homestay, during my holiday. The room was clean but basic, and service was average, nothing special. Food was decent, though there weren’t many choices. It’s a budget place for a simple stay of a day or two. Not fancy, but fine for a short visit.

I arrived late at night expecting a peaceful stay, but felt completely harassed and helpless. The room was filthy, the washroom unhygienic, and the AC was completely dead in the peak summer heat. Staff refused to move me to another room, then refused a refund when I asked so I could leave, offering lame excuses and wasting my time. Unhone guest ki bilkul bhi izzat nahi ki. Staff ka behaviour bat-tameez aur arrogant, with rude language, backtalk, and zero professionalism. It felt like guests had no value to them. Service, cleanliness, courtesy, all zero. No AC, no room change, no refund, just rudeness. Seriously, avoid Hotel Shree Radham at all costs. Even a roadside dhaba shows more hospitality. Paisa aur samay dono barbaad ho jayenge.

Best room service ❤️ Best hotel, best room, and the staff behaved the best.
