It’s a good property in a very nice location, but it needs some upkeep. The water pressure in the bathroom is really low, and the fixtures need cleaning. Room cleaning should cover the windows, window frames, and bathroom curtains too. One or two staff members were good, but most seemed indifferent to guests. A good hotel manager could probably sort these things out.

The room was too compact for the price and the water kettle didn't work. I called reception multiple times, but still couldn't get hand wash or soap in the washroom. Not worth the price and not recommended.

The property was well maintained, and the staff were well behaved. The location is great, and the food was tasty. I had a wonderful stay in a nice, spacious, clean, comfortable room with enough light.

The manager made a real impression on me. I’d lost my bill copy, and after I found the hotel’s contact through the website, he said he could send a PDF when his shift started at noon, or I could try the other number. That number wasn't working, so I messaged both through WhatsApp. Within 1 min, I already had the PDF. Impressive service. The whole stay was very good. The restaurant food was fantastic, the service there was amazing, and the rooms were good too. Just be sure to tell them if you want the rooms cleaned, leave the keys at reception, and let them know when you'll be back so they can get the cleaning done. Radhe radhe💕
