Tio Hotels & Resorts - Yercaud

The rooms were quiet, spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff made the stay easy, from a smooth check-in to personal recommendations, especially from chef Tulasi. The location is hard to beat, right in the city center with easy access to major spots, restaurants, and transport. I had a fantastic stay with friends and family and would recommend it for a Yercaud trip.

The in-house restaurant serves tasty food with care, though the menu is quite limited. It would help to coordinate with the restaurant manager on dishes and serving times. They only have RO water, so bring your own bottled water if you need a brand such as Bisleri. The property has a pleasant ambience and friendly staff, and room service and cleaning were good, though they needed a few follow-ups. Some basic improvements are needed: phone signal and Wi-Fi were poor, a few room walls had moisture marks, and the bonfire seemed to depend on guest numbers. It wasn't set up on Friday night, but was there on Saturday. Overall, it was a good stay at a nice property that could use a little work.

Mr. Karthik R. deserves a special mention for his attentive, friendly service, which made our visit even more pleasant. The customer care was excellent, and prices felt quite reasonable for the quality. Hotel Tio in Yercaud has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that suits the hill station's cool, refreshing weather. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. A great choice when visiting Yercaud, highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and the view was lovely, but I left disappointed by how guests are treated. The bonfire is listed as an amenity, yet it is available only when the guest count is over 20. That seems unfair to smaller groups and families. We asked about it, but got the same inflexible answer. There's also no outdoor play area for children, which is a drawback for families. The room and scenery were nice, but the lack of a guest-focused approach affected the stay.
