Treebo Golden Paradise

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay. It's a nice place with a really good view.

The complimentary breakfast was a real surprise. It came on time at the restaurant building next door, with three main dishes plus tea, juice, bread, and butter. Everything tasted good and was kid-friendly. For a budget stay, it was one of the best breakfasts I've had lately. I was there with family for one night during a short visit to yercaud, and the location is very close to peeko park. The staff were courteous and professional. I had booked a regular ground-floor room, but they kindly upgraded us to a balcony room for free. The rooms were very clean, and the bedsheets and towels had been washed well with no bad smell. I felt the amenities were great for the price. A larger, king-size bed would have been better, though that wasn't a major issue. For an accessible Yercaud stay with clean rooms, good food, and family-friendly service, I'd recommend it.

We booked because we trusted the Treebo name, but the room smelled strongly of smoke when we entered. It didn't feel suitable for a family. The website said king-size beds, but only queen-size ones were available. It listed deluxe and premium rooms, yet the whole hotel only had deluxe-grade rooms, and there was no lift. We arrived at night with our baby, then left without staying. The manager promised a full refund, but we still haven't received it and have lost our money. A terrible hotel experience.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service in a really nice setting. I had an amazing stay, and it was well worth the money. Highly recommend!
