The views are the highlight, especially from the pool, where you can really take in the scenery. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable. Sam at the front desk was a big help arranging our boat trip around the lake and the quad bikes. He’s a real credit to the place.

The breakfast and service were both bad. The hotel was empty, but they still wouldn’t give us a room at 1 pm. When I asked reception for water, they told me to buy it from the restaurant on another floor. Sam at reception had an angry expression and a bad attitude, and didn’t speak to us gently. Unfortunately, the whole stay was poor.

The view is amazing, and there are lots of cool places to visit nearby. Food came quickly but was only average, and the cleaning service was average too. The service itself was okay. The internet is awful. I couldn’t watch videos even at 144p, and pictures downloaded at around 40 bytes. Please fix it. I’m also worried the network is extremely unsafe and that someone with the right tools could hack guests.

The beds are comfortable, and the pool was the best part. Still, it’s a nice hotel around dukan, but the prices are super high. A Coke costs nearly 5000 IQD, so nobody is going to buy that. There was also too much loud noise. I wouldn’t really recommend staying here unless booking a hotel is urgent.

The garden tables weren’t available for sitting in the evening, and there were frogs around the swimming pool. There’s no playground for kids. Breakfast had a limited choice, with too little hot food, and the area around the hotel wasn’t well maintained.
