The room had a persistent moldy smell, and water kept leaking from the bathroom pipes, leaving puddles on the floor. I also couldn't sleep because the music from downstairs carried all the way to the top floor and continued through the night. The jacuzzi and pool were unheated, with very cold, smelly water. Service was slow too: I had to call repeatedly and wait hours for a basic request, apparently because the staff were disorganized. The cleaning was poor, and the team didn't make the bed properly. Buffet food wasn't fresh, and the salmon made me sick. When I raised issues, the female receptionist was extremely rude and the manager unprofessional. Their answer to everything was, “that's just the way it is,” with no solution. A terrible experience. Take your business elsewhere!

We were a group of eight for lunch at the open buffet. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety, especially the barbecue, which I really liked. The staff were lovely and did a great job.

My stay eight months ago was perfect, but when I went back last week the room was really dirty and smelled awful. I could clearly hear the party in the reception area, so I couldn't sleep at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

The buffet is easy to find, and they have hard drinks and smoking areas. It costs 18.5 thousand per person, with drinks not included. The food used to be okay a few months ago, but the taste and selection of courses have been getting worse lately. I don't expect to go back anytime soon.
