DON'T book this hotel/Airbnb. Check-in means calling them, but nobody answers. If you get stuck trying to check in, keep calling and email the address shown in the picture. There’s a good chance they’ll reply by email. That’s how me and three other groups eventually got a response and managed to check in, through this frustrating service.

The rooms are a little small but adequate, with private bathrooms, and we slept well with white noise playing. It felt cozy and convenient overall. I’d recommend it for adults, not young children. We booked through booking.com and got the door codes by email before arrival. Rooms are on the main floor, while the shared kitchen, dining area, and living space are upstairs.

Avoid this place. Check-in runs from 4pm to 9pm, and if something goes wrong and you’re late, you may end up sleeping outside. Nobody answered our calls. In the end, we had to book another place, Our Hotels, which was much cheaper than this rip-off.

Communication here was terrible from start to finish. They were supposed to email check-in details 24 hours ahead, but never did. The phone number they gave was useless, and nobody answered during the 45 minutes we kept calling after arriving. One of the buildings had a sign saying to use their phone, but there was no phone there. I’m glad we didn’t arrive after dark. Being stranded with poor reception, only in their lot, would have been awful. No email, no response, terrible cell service, and a number that didn’t work. Just awful management.
