The homemade breakfast was wonderful, and everything we ate there was made with care. We arrived well after dinner time, but Erin still made a delicious hot tomato soup for our family of six, followed by dessert. The French Chocolate Cake was the best cake we've ever had. It's a cute, cozy place with an incredibly kind owner, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd absolutely come back. 10/10, the best guesthouse in Iceland!

The glacier view right outside the door makes the short drive up the hill worthwhile. Even though the place was fully booked, it stayed quiet enough for us to sleep well. Our room was clean and comfortable, and dinner was both tasty and filling. The host's affection for this warm, generous place comes through and made us feel very welcome.

Those two nights in this lovely home were a real pleasure. The rooms were cozy and spotless, and the homemade meal had freshly picked herbs, warm bread, and delicious soup. We also enjoyed meeting so many interesting fellow travelers. We felt warmly welcomed, and were so happy to have met you!

We booked a room and dinner at the last minute, even though the host wasn't expecting anyone that day. She still put together a generous, delicious dinner for us. Breakfast was amazing too, the rooms were really nice, and the hosts were friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend!

The breakfast had plenty to keep us going on our hikes, including freshly baked bread, smoked salmon, eggs, tuna, and lots more. Dinner was a lovely three-course meal too. My friend and I spent four nights at Glacier View Guesthouse and loved it. The host made us feel like family and shared some fascinating stories about her own hiking adventures. I'd book here again when I'm back in Iceland.
