We really appreciated how welcoming the host was, and we'd happily return. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view, and Reykjavík was only about a 20-minute drive away, so getting around was easy. There was plenty of clean linen and towels, and the roomy bathroom had a nice bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil.

The location was spot on, and both the apartment and host were great.

It's compact, but it's got everything.
