We had remote work to get done during our vacation, but still had a wonderful time here. A friend and I stayed so we could attend a festival in Siglufjörður. The two women at reception were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We made good use of the shared spaces, and the coffee machine got quite a workout. I can’t recommend the place enough.

The room was nice, though it got a bit warm. There are lots of useful extras, including a kitchen, laundry, lounge, and pool table. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it’s a great spot. I’d stay again.

A really good base for exploring northern Iceland and going whale watching. The place was very clean, comfortable, and practical, and the staff were especially friendly and nice.

We slept really well here. It’s quiet, with comfortable furnishings, and the room was clean and cozy with a fabulous view. The reception was welcoming, and there are good facilities for cooking, playing pool, or reading and playing cards in the common area. There’s a gas station right next door. We had delicious pizza at Hollin, and heard the burgers are good too. A great stop.

We cooked every day and did laundry with no trouble, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were clean and modern, and the stay was very affordable with everything we needed. This is the place to stay!
