The window wouldn't shut, so the room was really cold, and there wasn't any toilet paper. The shared bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and the sheets had blood on them. If I could give minus one star, I would. Don't stay here!

It's in an amazing spot for the bus terminal, and the bed was comfortable. The room was reasonably clean but tiny, with no wardrobe or anywhere to put clothes. There's no kitchen on my floor, only one downstairs. It can get noisy when it's very windy or when other guests keep different schedules. The touch key locks don't always work, and there's nobody to ask for help if you leave your phone in the room just to go to the bathroom.
The kitchen was nice to cook in, and the shared bathrooms were clean. It's a simple guest house with shared baths. There was a problem with the door code, but a great guy on site helped sort it out.
There are two kitchens downstairs, with an air fryer and free coffee. The guesthouse was clean and pretty nice, and it’s close to the center. Free parking behind the building is a big plus, especially for the price.
The location is the only real plus. When we arrived, all the windows were open and the heater was off, apparently to air out the awful basement smell. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by three rooms down there. If a mouse-cave kind of place is what you’re after, this is the one.
