Marino at the front desk made our honeymoon stay especially memorable. He checked us in with so much warmth, suggested things to see nearby, and made us feel valued. When we mentioned our honeymoon, he kindly upgraded our room. His professionalism and kindness went well beyond what we expected, and he really stood out next to two women at the front desk who helped us on separate occasions and seemed less enthusiastic, with their service feeling somewhat forced. Marino is a real asset to the hotel. We left Hilton Reykjavik very happy. The rooms and facilities were clean, the location was convenient for exploring the area, and the service overall was very good. We also enjoyed the food and breakfast. We're grateful for the hospitality and for the thoughtful way Marino helped make the stay special.

The staff made me feel right at home, they were kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. As a Gold member or above, I appreciated the excellent breakfast and the room upgrade when available. I was also lucky enough to see the Aurora from my room, a magical moment I'll remember. The location worked well for airport transfers and tour pickups. Netto and Bonus are close by for everyday shopping, the bus stops are next to the hotel, and Hallgrímskirkja and the town centre are within easy reach. The gym and spa were a nice extra after a day out. I'd happily return.

Two days into our four day trip, and everything has been awesome so far. The rooms are spacious and clean, and staff everywhere have gone out of their way to look after us. Breakfast each morning is delicious and has raised the bar for what I'll expect from a hotel buffet. The daily happy hour in the executive sweet was a welcome surprise and a great way to start winding down. Thanks for making us feel at home and going above and beyond to recognize our diamond status. Hilton hotels like this are why we won't stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated, and check-in was smooth. Housekeeping came between days, and everything was very clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to many nearby attractions.

Saska at the front desk gave us thoughtful, professional service during a great stay at Hilton Reykjavik Nordica. The room cleanliness was disappointing, though. We found a used nail tip, and I hope management takes that seriously.
