The hotel's in a central spot, close to the great Bus Stop 3 😂. Our room was lovely, with a waterfall picture over the bath, though I did bump my head once on the sloping roof. Kubar on reception was brilliant and helped with questions before and during our visit. The breakfast team were wonderful all week. Hope they get to visit London!

The breakfast team, especially Marianne and Angel, were so kind and attentive, keeping the buffet tidy and topped up. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fluffy, inviting beds that felt great after long days out exploring. The location made a good base for our time in Reykjavík. We had a nice closet, but drawers would have helped during a week-long stay. We had a fantastic visit and would highly recommend it.

Luca at the front desk was so kind, and Katrin looked after everyone at breakfast with a smile. The hotel is right in the city, so you can walk almost everywhere. Everything about my stay was lovely. I'll definitely be back. 🤞🙏

Our room was lovely, and the location right in the center was perfect. We'd booked three nights but had a change of plans and could only stay two; the third night couldn't be refunded. Mr. Vlad at reception arranged complimentary breakfast for us and kept checking whether parking was available in front of the hotel, calling to let us know. Parking fees are very high, so his help saved us a good amount of money. We had an excellent stay, thanks to his care.

The buffet didn't have a huge selection, but it had everything I needed for breakfast and tasted delicious. The location is ideal, near shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms were comfortable and very nice, and the staff were seriously friendly and wonderful. I'd strongly recommend this hotel for a visit to Reykjavik.
