We loved the apartment and would definitely stay again. The living room was a lovely place to come back to and chill after a day of activities. It had a comfortable bed with extra blankets and pillows, plenty of room for clothes, toiletries, laundry, and kitchen facilities. The apartment was spacious, and its location was great, just a few steps from bus stop 12.

Bus Stop 12, a popular place for excursions and transfers, is only a one-minute walk away. I also found the best price on the hotel's own website, lower than Airbnb, Booking.com, and other sites after all fees and taxes were included. We stayed in apartment 707. It was huge, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Check-in had some problems, but they were eventually sorted out, and one bathroom was extremely hot. Even with those inconveniences, everything else exceeded expectations. It really felt like a 5-star accommodation, and we couldn't have chosen better.

We didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty and the sheets weren't clean, and there wasn't enough toilet paper, coffee, tea, or other basics. When we contacted them about it, they basically said there was nothing they could do. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was that the place was new. The website says there are 3 individual beds, but we got a double bed and a sofa bed instead. If you're considering staying here, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. To the owners, you need to take care of your places. You can't expect them to "generate money" by themselves, and you definitely can't lie on your website!

I made a reservation more than a year ahead, confirmed it by phone and email, and wanted to stay here. Three months after I booked, I got an email saying my "recent reservation" had been cancelled because of a booking error. They added, "If there’s anything we can do to assist you in finding an alternative accommodation, please don’t hesitate to reach out." I did reach out, but got no further help. That's not a good sign for customer service.
