The view from the window was amazing, and we had a great stay with great coffee. We booked a tiny quadruple room with a private bathroom, but it did the job and was more than enough for our overnight stop while driving the ring road. The shared kitchen has everything you need.

Now that I've seen your response, I want to add that you didn't message me for 12 hours on my check-in day. Safe Travel also showed that the road from where I was coming was blocked. Don't get upset about a one-star review when the customer service was one-star. Do better and don't lie.

There isn't much happening in this town, and I wouldn't stay here again. The coffee machine was a nice extra, but the room was very small, with a missing ceiling tile in the bathroom and no shower gel. The rooms aren't well soundproofed either. Whenever someone came or went, we heard both outside doors slam right behind the head of the bed.

We had to change rooms because ours had no windows, and the hostess was very accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable, but the place is loud: you hear doors opening and closing and people talking. Guests cooking in the middle of the night left an awful food smell. The town is small and cute, though there's not much to do. Two suggestions: please stop putting out aromatic diffusers, since some people have bad allergies, and consider quiet hours for all guests, maybe after 10.

Noise made this stay hard to enjoy. Our room was right by the shared toilet, communal bathroom, and stairs, and sound carried badly throughout the house. The front door slammed loudly every few minutes, so a peaceful evening wasn't possible. We can't recommend the guesthouse.
