We'd gladly stay here again if we needed to catch a ferry. The house is clean, two stories, with three bedrooms and a well equipped bathroom, and there's parking in front with room for two cars. It's in a lovely little town with great views, and the location is convenient for the ferry to the Faroe Islands or Denmark.

We only stayed one night and wished it had been longer. The town was lovely, and we got lucky and saw the auroras here. The area behind the house made watching them feel incredibly idyllic. Inside, it was cozy like a cottage, and the kitchen had the best equipment of anywhere we stayed. The knives seemed fairly new, and I really appreciated having proper non-plastic tools that could cut through butter. Even the drive down into town was beautiful.

The apartments were very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't miss a thing, and there was a great bakery right across the street, inside the gas station.

We arrived late and couldn't see the surroundings until morning, when we were delighted to find river views and the Denmark/Iceland ferry just behind the building. The apartment is spacious and has two floors, with a large shared area that combines the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The big bathroom made getting ready easy, and off street parking was a nice extra. This was one of the most scenic places we stayed, and we're glad we got to be here.

The views are wonderful from every side: the lagoon, the town, the church, and a waterfall. There's a porch for meals or a drink, and the house has big bedrooms and living rooms. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils. A marvelous place to stay.
