The location worked perfectly for us, close to everything, and there’s a good cafe downstairs. You can keep food in the refrigerator there for breakfast, though that space closes at 8.00 PM. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and big by Icelandic standards. A desk and somewhere to put clothes would have been useful, though.

The check-in was easy, and the room was a comfortable little space. It’s also well placed, just a short walk from the restaurants and other spots in town. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms were tidy and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s a cozy, lovely hostel in a scenic part of North Iceland.

I had a great stay and would happily come back soon. The place was clean, with a lovely view over the village. The reception crew and cleaning team were responsible and on top of things. :)

The rooms were clean and a good size, with an easy-to-reach location and a nice view. The staff were very polite and friendly, and I felt it was good value for the money. I also enjoyed a glass of wine.
