The landlady was very welcoming, and the spacious room and house were lovely. Everything was provided and very clean. It’s about a 40-minute walk from the center of Acquapendente, on the way to Bolsena along the Via Francigena.

A lovely spot if you need a break from the city's hectic pace and want some quiet countryside time. The owners are welcoming and professional, and the place feels warm, clean, and well cared for. They even treat you to homemade cakes and cookies!

The apartment was roomy, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well looked after when we arrived. It has everything you need, including a new kitchen, and the washing machine worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and we didn’t try the TV. Santi and Patricia are a kind older couple who run the place. They only speak Italian, but we managed with the little Italian we know and some gestures. They welcomed us with water, milk, and sweet pastries. It’s a charming old farmhouse tucked away in a quiet spot, and makes a good base for day trips. If we’re back in the area, we’d be happy to stay again.
