I've been coming from the USA for both business and pleasure for the past 6 years, and every stay gets better. The hospitality is great, the rooms are clean, and the coffee is great too. The best in Southern Italy. Love Il Ceppo ❤️

Everything felt very welcoming during our short stay. The reception staff were great, the room was clean, and it had various courtesy and personal hygiene kits. A very positive experience.

I only got to stay one night, but the place is so beautiful it made me want to spend at least a week. There's free parking outside, and the lovely, well-appointed rooms have everything you need, even a toothbrush. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were very friendly.

The price is fair, and the rooms have everything you need. The air conditioning works well without being intrusive, and breakfast is generous and high quality. Around the hotel there's a pleasant little garden, and the rooms are soundproofed even though it's at a crossroads. Its location is convenient, but not especially scenic, which is why I can't give it 5 stars.

We were there for just one night. The hotel staff were always available to guests, and the restaurant staff were polite and friendly too. The rooms were tidy and clean, though there was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in. We had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was good but the prices seemed a little high to me. Breakfast was average.
