Gabriele and his family are very welcoming and personally helpful. The apartment is clean and has what you need for a good holiday, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, and coffee maker. There's also an outdoor space with a table and chairs. It's a charming, breezy place in the countryside on a semi-hilly hill, and its proximity makes it a good choice if you're going to a concert at the Conero Stadium. Well done!

It's a peaceful spot, and the apartment was clean and warm. The host was kind and attentive. It's next to the hosts' home, but they don't intrude, and you only see them if you need something. They're very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and is decent quality, though everything is packaged: jam, hazelnut spread, biscuits, rusks, and cookies.

It's very close to the port of Ancona, and secure parking is available. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean with good equipment. A great choice if you want some peace and quiet.

The owners offer guests a ride to the stadium, which was really appreciated when the roads were blocked and the main parking lot was closed for the concert. Very handy for concerts. ❤️❤️❤️ Super!!!!!!

You can eat outside, and the place is breezy, out in the countryside in a semi-hilly position. The apartments are on the owners' family farm, where you can taste and buy excellent seasonal fruit, like peaches and apricots. The lady is friendly, generous, and always smiling. They have a free-roaming puppy called Pippo, so people with allergies should know that. The two-room apartments are nicely furnished. One suggestion: replace the non-stick pans right away, they're so worn out that cooking with them is impossible, and they're not good for your health. Also, the bedroom wall behind the wardrobe needs urgent attention. Otherwise, no complaints. They provide biscuits, rusks, jam, and chocolate, plus fresh milk and a coffee machine.
