The outdoor jacuzzi was the best part, with a beautiful view. The whole spa felt peaceful, relaxing, clean, and very well cared for. At €35 per person for two hours, the price felt very fair. Highly recommend!

The hotel is spotless, and things are looking good so far. We were welcomed exceptionally warmly. We only just arrived, so I haven't slept here yet. We're in a room with a small double bed for one night, then moving to a larger room, though honestly this one is absolutely adequate.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great and included. While we were trekking, the front desk recommended somewhere for dinner and helped us make a reservation. The problem was the laundry bill for our hiking clothes: €115, which felt excessive, and we hadn't been warned it would cost that much.

8/10
The staff were pleasant and very helpful, and the hotel is lovely and central. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of hot and cold choices. Our room let things down a bit. There were three of us but not enough storage, and only two cups despite asking for another. There was no milk for tea or coffee either. The lighting in both the bathroom and main room was poor, and there was no mirror by the dressing table with a plug nearby for doing my hair and makeup. The fold-up bed was very uncomfortable. The room also felt quite dated and could use a bit of a facelift.

The staff were so kind and helped us whenever we weren't sure about something. It's a perfect place to stay, with great facilities and gluten-free choices at breakfast.
