The owners, Lorenzo and Emanuela, were the best part of the stay. They were so kind and attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Breakfast was a generous Italian spread with delicious fresh pastries from the area. The hotel has a cozy feel after its recent renovation, and the rooms are roomy and modern, with air conditioning and a terrace. The beach is about a five-minute walk away, so it’s easy to pop over whenever you like. I came to explore my family roots, and being treated so well made the visit especially meaningful. I’m leaving this review to remember them and say thank you.

We stopped over with our children and grandchildren, and it was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and immaculate, and breakfast was superb. The shower facilities were great between campsites. I’d happily stay here again next time we’re passing through.

We were really happy here. The hosts were lovely, and the place was modern and clean, with a great bathroom and an awesome shower. Breakfast was amazing, with high-quality local products. The location is central but quiet.

The owners’ approach really came through in the details, especially the locally sourced breakfast products, and made a lasting impression on us. The property itself was excellent too, with a spacious room, a comfortable bed and a new shower. Private parking also makes Albergo Sappia a handy base for trips to well-known cities like Sanremo or inland villages such as Taggia, Badalucco, Dolceacqua and Apricale. We hope to come back soon.

We stayed three nights at the Sappia Hotel over Easter and had two rooms. It’s a family-run place that’s been recently renovated, with new, spotless rooms and bathrooms decorated with good taste. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. Breakfast is served in a small room, but there’s a wide selection of fresh food. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
