The host was incredibly rude when I asked for a refund. We didn’t finish our stay because the place was so gross. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in: the AC and Wi-Fi didn’t work, the shower was nasty and covered in mold, and the bed was as bad as it gets, worse than a pullout couch. I wouldn’t stay one night even if you paid me.

We left after just one night and asked the owner for a refund. They told us to kick rocks. The place was disgusting: a moldy shower that wouldn't drain, broken doors, sticky floors, and awful WiFi and AC. Stay at your own risk.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was really nice, close to a lively street full of bars and restaurants. A lovely place for a holiday or a work trip.

Via del Pratello is gorgeous, especially if street art is your thing. Just keep in mind that some of the paintings are on shop shutters and doors, so when the shops are open, an open door can hide the artwork.
