Antico '900 (Adults Only)

I was left looking for new accommodation at 7:00 on a Friday night. The reservation was non-refundable, but Booking.com's customer service promptly returned my money. I had booked a room with a private bathroom, yet was assigned an unusable veranda of about 3 square meters instead. The host had sold me an indoor room, even though the property was completely empty. The veranda was accessed through a glass door leading outside the main house, and was piled up like a storage room, with a camp bed and garden tools. Its bathroom was outdoors, as described on Booking.com as private. Being enclosed in glass and iron, it had no heating or air conditioning, and the curtains were shorter than the windows, so there was no privacy. When I called about a refund, the host offered to move me to one of the rooms inside the house instead of showing any shame. I repeat, what I was sold was unusable, unsuitable even for a dog. This wasn't a room, it was a balcony.
