Rossana 13 in Bologna

The house looked nice, but we had a terrible experience. The listing on Booking.com said there was air conditioning, but it didn't work. It was 30 degrees Celsius in the house all week, and I slept terribly because of the heat. I contacted the property repeatedly through Booking and the WhatsApp chat they provided, but got no response to my requests for help, apart from pre-written messages. I've attached screenshots of the chats. They never sent the invoice I asked for several times. I also left an item in the house and asked if they could pick it up. They said they'd let me know, but I heard nothing more, even after asking again. The house was dirty too, though that wasn't the first problem. The lack of air conditioning was extremely serious. Staying there for the whole week was impossible. I'm contacting Booking.com for a refund because what they stated on Booking.com turned out to be false. I absolutely don't recommend the house, especially the company managing it.
