The hotel’s central spot made it easy to get around on foot, and parking was straightforward. We only stayed one night, but the staff made us feel very welcome and the food and drinks were great. We’d booked a superior double and were surprised with an upgrade to a full suite. It was spotless, with a private sauna and Turkish bath, plus a balcony looking out at the mountains. A really special stay, and one we’d happily recommend.

We were turned away from dinner, a glass of wine, and even coffee because we weren’t staying at the hotel, despite it having a restaurant and bar. That was a shock. Hospitality is meant to be at the heart of hotels, but this experience felt very unfriendly and disappointing. One star is more than enough.

I loved the little room design, and from the balcony on the top floor under the roof the view was spectacular. It was cozy and spotlessly clean. This has easily been my favorite hotel of the Europe trip so far. I even wanted to stay awake just to keep taking in the room.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional that I wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived late at night, but they were ready for us and made sure we were comfortable with real kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a charming vintage feel and modern furniture that mixes tradition with a contemporary touch. The location is relaxing too. I absolutely loved it.

We dropped in for dinner and had a superb meal. The wine list is excellent, and the waitstaff were professional, fun, and right on point. Highly recommend eating here, kudos!
