The staff were very nice and friendly, although it was clear they were short-handed. The room, though, was a letdown on my second visit. I’d first been here before Covid. This time it was noisy because of poor soundproofing, the shower cubicle was missing its sliding door, there was no soap or shampoo, and the lighting was too dim. Some power sockets didn’t work. I think this will be my last visit.

The breakfast was very poor, and the room didn’t seem clean at all. There were pubic hairs on the toilet floor and hair on the walls, and the jacuzzi didn’t look clean either. The window wouldn’t shut properly, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. At reception, the welcome was poor. The man at the desk didn’t speak English and just rolled his eyes when we spoke to him. He couldn’t find our reservation, even though it had already been paid for. Once he found it, he asked us to pay again. We got it sorted, but we’re glad we’re no longer there. We’ll never return. Stay away.

A very poor stay. When they couldn’t find my booking, they essentially asked me to leave. The location was poor, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and there was no fridge in the hot tub room.

Really bad stay. It was loud, with bad smells and smoke, and I couldn’t sleep. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A decent place to spend the night, with friendly staff and large, clean rooms. The toilet and shower were on the small side, and the bath curtains in my room needed attention.
