We found the apartment comfortable and spacious, and everything was tidy and very clean. The staff were attentive, responsive, and helpful the whole time. The location worked perfectly for us, close to everything we wanted to see and convenient for transport.

The host communicated really well, and the check-in guide with photos and videos was detailed. There was a working kettle, and I was pleasantly surprised to find candies when I arrived. I also liked having a separate bedroom and living room, plus a proper queen bed rather than two doubles. It was very comfortable. The elevator was handy, and the hotel sits right by the train station. At night it was quiet, but the shower was small and the hot water tank is too, so it could run out mid-shower. The Wi-Fi showed as connected but didn't work on any of my devices. I'd recommend the place overall, though I hope they get the Wi-Fi sorted.

The host had left coffee and tea, which came in very handy in the mornings. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and nice, and the location was perfect. Everything was super great, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Milan.

The apartment was clean and just right for a couple. The rooms felt cozy and had nice decor, and being so close to a metro station was really useful.
