Villa Anna

The owner was so warm and helpful. She arranged airport transport for us after our flight arrived after 9pm, had the room ready, and checked in with us about our arrival time a few days beforehand. She can also help you get a rental car, at a lower price than the airport rental and with less time and hassle there. It's a great spot for a late arrival or an early flight. The room was quiet at night, the beds were comfortable, and the front garden was nice. There's no breakfast, but we had plenty of packaged bread and small juice bottles. There's also a kitchen with a coffee vending machine. One thing to know if booking through a third-party US site: reserve for the number of people. Some sites only offer a number of beds, which seems to be a system bug. In Italy, rates can differ for two or three people in one room regardless of the bed count. Just a different culture : )

Stefania, the owner and host, was especially welcoming, kind, and helpful. We booked three rooms, and each was clean, modern, and comfortable. It's a quiet place, with a nice parking area, and we didn't hear a single plane. We enjoyed the kitchen for breakfast and had pizza there one night. The outdoor seating under the portico was lovely for relaxing over a morning cappuccino. Villa Anna is conveniently located for the airport and the main roads north and south. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

The host gave us a really warm welcome and was generous, as well as speaking good English. The bedroom was perfectly adequate, with excellent air conditioning and a very good bathroom. There was a generous range of breakfast items in both the room and kitchenette. It's easy to reach by car, with a large car park right outside the entrance, and only a few minutes' walk from the airport. For a B&B rather than a five-star hotel, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

I've stayed in five hotels in Italy, and this one's my favorite. The decor is chic, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It has the feel of a secluded place in the countryside, while still being close to town amenities. It's a peaceful 10-15 minute walk from the airport, which made it easy for me to get here before or after renting my car. The owner and staff were really sweet and made me feel at home. I'll be back.
