Tower Hotel

Good value for the price, and the train station is about an 8-minute walk away. The facilities were modern and clean, and the shower had proper water pressure. My only gripe was the warmth in the room. Like in many European hotels, there's a thermostat, but you can't actually adjust the temperature.

The reception area is spacious, with places to sit and even toilets for visitors. My room was cozy, bright, warm, and very clean, with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, though I did miss having fresh vegetables. Everything feels new and well maintained for the long term. This was my first time staying at Tower Hotel after four years of returning to Busto, and it's the best accommodation I've had here. I'll definitely be back.

The showers and water pressure were the best of the five hotels we stayed at on our Milan trip. I picked this place for its location near Busto station, then found out the nearby one is Busto nord, and there are two stations. The room was hot because the AC wasn't working, and with no window screens, bugs kept trying to get in. They had the heater running as well. Body and hand soap were supplied, but there was no shampoo or conditioner, and the soap was outside the shower, which was awkward. Also, not many people in this town speak English.

It's about a 20-minute drive from Malpensa airport, and a taxi currently costs around 45-50 euros each way. The hotel is modern and clean, and the location is good. But the reception and cafe staff didn't seem very cordial. Late at night we heard a strange metal banging from our room. The next morning I realized it came from the lift moving up and down, and it definitely needs fixing. Sadly, the service and quietness weren't what I'd expect from a four-star hotel.
