The food was okay, but the service was unacceptably rude. We'd spent a week in Rome and Florence before this, our first restaurant in Venice. I really hope this isn't a sign of what's to come.

Samuel is warm, cultured and wonderful to meet. He also has unique itineraries to offer, which I highly recommend because they add so much to the vacation. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped and impeccably maintained, with nothing missing. I was practically right in the centre of San Marco.

The service was exceptional, and the location was extraordinary.
