Hotel Firenze

The room was so lovely, colorful, and romantic, with a brand-new shower that was spotless. It was clean and warm, even on one of the coldest days of the year. The service was friendly and helpful, and they walked us through Venice's best attractions and suggested restaurants. Highly recommend.

Hotel Firenze made our Venice trip even better, and we'd certainly come back. It's just a minute from Piazza San Marco, with several vaporetto stops, restaurants, and shops only a short walk away. The staff were warm, professional, and full of helpful local knowledge. They clearly care about making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was great too, with efficient, attentive servers who had already learned our coffee orders by the end of our stay.

The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed, and the location was very good. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They gave us a map and recommendations for attractions, which helped us plan our short weekend and fit in as much as possible.

I don't write reviews often, but as two women traveling together, finding somewhere safe and good quality can be hard. We were really glad we chose Hotel Firenze. It's well located for the main sights, but you can still get a break from the crowds. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the upstairs terrace. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and all the staff were attentive and helpful. They put a lot of care into the stay, from the online guide we got on arrival to the little treats left each day. The products we noticed were made in Italy, especially the chocolates, which were so good we went out to buy some.
