The owners make us feel like family every time, while still being friendly and professional. I’m a professional chef, and after visiting this part of Italy about four times because my wife is from here, this is the best restaurant I’ve tried so far. Everything is made in-house with real care. If you want authentic local Italian food, I’d recommend it without hesitation. 10 out of 10.

The hamburger was decent, though the prices felt high overall. The carbonara also wasn’t traditional. Service was the bigger problem: the waiters seemed mixed up about orders across the whole restaurant, not just ours, and we waited far too long for our food.

We came here for lunch after a morning of work nearby, and the farmhouse by the lake was an interesting place to stop. The Bisenzio burger was the standout: first-class Viterbo beef with local smoked buffalo provolone, caramelized Tropea onions, mayonnaise made with Extra Virgin oil of Olive del Bisenzio, and potato chips. It was a dream on the plate and just as good to eat.
