Very friendly lady at the front reception, and a good choice for the night before a flight. It’s good for the price, though a little hard to reach. The easiest way is to go to Gallarate station and take a taxi to the hotel, which costs about 15-20 euros. At checkout, staff can arrange an airport taxi for about 15 euros.

It’s a quiet, nice area, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and offers transfers for just €3, though you may have to wait a little. It’s fairly remote, so restaurant choices nearby are limited, but a walk of around 15 minutes gets you to some nice places to eat. The bathroom was really spacious, though I did see a couple of bugs. It’s a good hotel that covers most things, even if it doesn’t feel like a five-star stay. Booking on their website may be cheaper than booking.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Getting to the hotel is impossible without an Uber, which costs 40€ for a six-minute ride. The return trip costs the same, so that’s 80€ for 12 minutes of driving. Ibis or Novotel have shuttles.

The receptionist was welcoming, professional, and very kind. He patiently explored every possible way for us to get from Milan rail station to the hotel without spending 90€ on a taxi. I stayed one night with my mom and my small-sized dog. There are plenty of green areas to walk dogs at any time, and the hotel’s airport shuttle driver was exceptionally kind to my mom, who has difficulty with high steps. Our bed was comfortable and clean, the room was private enough and had what a guest might need. The building was clean and has an elevator, though it could definitely use some renewal. We didn’t explore the area enough to know what dining options there are. Recommended for a quiet, comfortable short stay before a flight.
